- Program Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time
Description: As a Program Coordinator at OjoFem, you will work closely with the program management team to design, implement, and oversee programs that aim to improve the lives of women and girls. You will manage schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that programs run smoothly and meet their goals.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute programs designed to support women’s empowerment and gender equality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Create and manage program schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for women’s rights and social justice.
- Marketing and Communications Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time
Description: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to help raise awareness of our mission and programs. You will create compelling content, manage social media channels, and develop strategies to engage our community.Responsibilities:- Create content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to build OjoFem’s online presence and engage with our audience.
- Manage media relations and respond to inquiries from journalists.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fundraising and Development Associate
Position Type: Part-Time
Description: As a Fundraising and Development Associate, you will play a key role in securing funding for OjoFem’s initiatives. You will help identify funding opportunities, write grant proposals, and build relationships with donors to ensure the continued growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants and individual donors.
- Write grant proposals and manage submissions.
- Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Prepare fundraising reports and track donations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fundraising or grant writing.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for supporting women’s rights and gender equality.
